Pipers Vale Pre-Grades: Setting the Stage for Success
On Friday, February 23rd, our dedicated coaches Caron Notton, Nicole Wooder, Zara Gallichan, Angelica Brooks, and Beth Phillips accompanied a multitude of our girls to Ipswich for the Pipers Vale Pre-Grades. The results were nothing short of spectacular, with all our gymnasts clinching medals either individually on apparatus or with an All-Around (AA) placement. It's a fantastic indicator of their progress as they gear up for upcoming real grades and competitions in the weeks ahead.
Aaron Dwyer Dance Competition: A Grand Stage for Growth
On Saturday February 24th and Sunday February 25th, our display girls, Lily Davies, Alaina Mendes, Daisy O’Shea, Emma Peychev, Milena Marks, Kyanna Lewis, Hollie Gerrish, Kiera Cossins, Isabelle Wakefield, Skylar Harris, and Dulcie Haseltine graced the Aaron Dwyer Dance Competition in Berkhamsted. Led by their coach Taylor Hallett, our girls poured their hearts out in this significant event, marking a pivotal start to their year. While we await the results this week, the competition provided invaluable lessons and opportunities for growth, fuelling our excitement for the upcoming Dublin event in April.
Cottbus World Cup: Courtney Tulloch Represents with Pride
One of our star gymnasts, Courtney Tulloch, represented South Essex Gymnastics Club and Team GB at the prestigious Cottbus World Cup in Germany from Thursday, February 22nd, to Sunday, February 25th. Courtney, with his unparalleled skill and dedication, showcased his expertise on the international stage. Courtney's journey to this global platform reflects not only his exceptional talent but also his unwavering dedication and rigorous training. He never fails to inspire us all with his remarkable performances.
